Welcome to SpreeKilling .com

This is a new site managed by a Psychologist with informational resources related to data on Past Spree killings and School shootings as well as resources for the prevention of future school shootings, suicide, suicide-by-cop and other related mental health resources. I also have companion sites under development at www. Disaster Mental Health .org and another Trauma Psychology site may be in development soon at TraumaPsychology.org While school shootings like the Columbine Massacre or one of the more relatively recent spree killings in the USA,The Virginia Tech Massacre, may come to mind first by Americans, there have also been recent spree killings/ school shootings in Finland by gunmen Pekka-Eric Auvinen and Matti Juhani Saari.

Spree Killing and School Shooting Links

While the manner of presentation may not suit everyone's taste considering spreekillers and spreekilling may at times seem to be glorified at the site, the author of Spreekillers.org does present valuable data on the methods and casualties of past Spree killers, ranked by "kills."

The Consortium to prevent school violence is an alliance of researchers and practitioners in school violence prevention to further the common goal of reducing school violence, I would assume this includes bullies and bullying which would theoretically be related to preventing shooters.

A Practical Guide for Crisis Response in Our Schools is available from the National Center for Crisis management at School Crisis Response .com

The ICISF: International Critical Incident Stress Foundation has a certificate of specialized training program in Schools and Children Crisis Response.

additional links related to both the psychology of spree killers, preventing school shootings and also workplace violence are going to be added here. There are a number of interesting books from Psychology I wil be highlighting here.
